An Aussie girl's travel blog, sharing my photography and travel tips along the way

Europe

A fountain and the Spanish steps with people on them are illuminated at golden hour, the sky behind the church is pink
Old buildings with Venetian windows surround a canal filled with green water, a gondolier steers his gondola with passengers.
Colourful half-timbered houses line the empty cobblestoned street of Weißgerbergasse in Nuremberg

Europe

Welcome to the universally charming old world continent of Europe!

Culturally multi-faceted from the awe-inspiring cathedrals of Italy to the intoxicating bazaars of Istanbul, there’s oodles of sights to see in between.

It’s almost a rite of passage for young Australians to go on a Eurotrip in time to skip winter in the Southern Hemisphere and go soak up the sun somewhere on the continent, spritz in hand.

I’m lucky enough to have family in Germany and therefore, am slightly biased when it comes to the beauty of the Black Forest and wonders of German mac and cheese (Käsespätzle for those in the know).

Let’s go find you some European travel tips, you’ll be kicking back in a piazza with gelato in hand in no time!
